  • Are the notebooks and notepads hard back or soft back?
    We offer notebooks and notepads in softback (lined or plain). The soft covers are 400g matte.
  • How many pages do the notebooks have?
    All notebooks should have the option for lined or plain insides. If these options aren't visible, please contact us at
  • How and where are your products printed?
    We produce our products on digital flatbed printers in the UK.
  • Can I change an order I've just placed?
    If you have just submitted an order, please contact us on live chat or email within 1 business day, with the order number of the order you need changing.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you have just submitted an order that you wish to cancel, please contact us on live chat or email within 1 business day with the order number.
  • I've entered the wrong delivery address on an order!
    If you have made a mistake on your delivery address, please contact us on live chat or email quoting the order number and correct address in full so that we can try to rectify this for you before the order is dispatched. We cannot guarantee that we will always be able to change an address retrospectively, as it may already have been dispatched. Please be sure to triple check your order details before checkout to avoid any disappointment.
  • Can I buy a gift card?
    Yes! You can purchase a gift card here, these are sent by email and are not printed. If the recipient has not received the email, please ask them to check their spam/junk folder in case the email has gone there by mistake.
  • How do I redeem my gift card?
    To redeem a gift card online, enter the gift card code on the checkout at the Payment section.
  • When will my gift card expire?
    Any gift card is valid across the entire website within 365 days of the purchase. Gift cards used after this time will note be valid.
  • How do I check the balance on my gift card?
    You can check the balance on your gift card once you have received the gift card email. Click the link in the email to open the Gift Card, on the page there is a link to click on that will tell you the balance. If f you have any questions you can also contact us at
  • Why can't I find my gift card?
    It may be tucked away in your email spam folder. Be sure to thoroughly check all folders in your email account. Still having trouble? Contact us. Please note that we are unable to reissue gift cards that have been lost or stolen.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment through VISA, Mastercard debit and credit cards, Maestro, American Express and Apple Pay. We do not offer any afterpay service at present.
  • Why is my payment being rejected?
    If your order isn’t going through, it might be due to an error when entering your card information. If you get a 'Payment Failure' message, this is most likely been blocked by your payment provider. We cannot force payments through at checkout if they have been stopped by your bank, which is for your own security. 1. Make sure that you have entered the card number, the card holder’s name, expiry date and CSV code correctly (3 digits on reverse of card, or 4 digits on front of an American Express card). (We accept payment through VISA, Mastercard debit and credit cards, Maestro, American Express and Apple Pay) 2. Try refreshing the page - sometimes this sorts things out! 3. If the problem still persists after you have tried all three of the above, are you able to clear your cached images/files and cookies as this may do the trick. If you are still having problems, please contact in case your bank can give us any more information about why the payment is being rejected.
  • Can I send items in my order to different addresses?
    I'm afraid not - multiple items in one order will be shipped to the one address supplied at checkout. If you want to ship items separately, you will need to place separate orders for each delivery address.
  • My order hasn't arrived yet!
    Where is my order? You will be able to check the ETA of your order in your confirmation email but you can check the status of your order in your account. Just log in, click your menu and select 'orders' to bring up a list of your past orders or click here. Locate the order and check the 'status' to see if it's 'sent' or 'in production' still, as well as when it was placed. Once your order has been printed and produced, you will receive your dispatch email which will provide an estimated delivery date window. You will be provided with a tracking link in your dispatch email. Royal Mail will not deliver on Sundays and DPD do not deliver at weekends, only Monday-Friday. If you think your parcel should have arrived by now and there's still no sign in the post, you can email us at for further help!
  • Can I track my order?
    Economy/Standard Tracked orders are Royal Mail Second/First Class tracked postage, it typically takes 2-4 days for economy or 1-3 for standard to a UK address once dispatched. If you choose Express Tracked, this will be sent with DPD and will take 1 working day, after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link in your dispatch email once the order has left our printers. You can track DPD parcels here, and Royal Mail International tracked parcels here. Please note that the tracking will only go live once the parcel has physically started moving through the postal network - this can take 12-24 hours after you receive the dispatch email. You will then be allocated a time slot for delivery on the day of delivery. If you have not received a dispatch email or if your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, as per your dispatch email, please email us with your order number then please contact us at so we can help out.
  • How long will my order take to print and ship?
    If you've placed an order and think this should have already shipped, but have not received a dispatch email, please email us at with your order number so we can help out! For Notebooks and notepads: Production time: 1-3 business days *Economy (Royal Mail 2nd Class) - 6-8 Business days *Standard (Royal Mail 1st Class) - 4-6 Business days *Tracked (DPD): ~ 4 Business days *Note: These estimates include production time.
  • What are your UK delivery options and prices?
    All of our products require printing time prior to dispatch. We offer two options for domestic deliveries. Approximate pricing and shipping times can be found below. Economy Tracked - Royal Mail Second Class (2-4 business days) All parcels - from £2.99 Standard Tracked - Royal Mail First Class (1-3 business days) All parcels - from £3.50 Express Tracked - DPD (1 working day) All tracked parcels - from £6 Please note that DPD Tracked delivery does not include Saturdays - this is a weekday-only service. DPD parcels can be tracked here. Please allow 24 hours from dispatch for the first tracking scans of your parcel's progress to show. Tracked - Special Delivery From £8.00 Please note this excludes weekends. Please note the above delivery times may vary for destinations outside Mainland UK. Shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or Scottish Highlands generally adds 1 day on top of the above. Whilst we hope this will not be the case there is a chance that there may be a slight delay due to COVID-19. It may be necessary to extend our usual delivery lead times due to potential delays with our shipping partners.   • Do you offer express delivery?
    Printing cannot be expedited further than the options stated on the website, but our fastest delivery options within the UK. Please note that we require 3-4 working days production time prior to dispatch (depending on the product you're ordering), as everything is printed on demand.
  • Can you dispatch or deliver orders at the weekend?
    We generally only dispatch orders from our printers on weekdays, however, if you have selected Royal Mail delivery on your order there is a chance that this could arrive with your normal postal delivery on a Saturday.
  • Do you deliver outside of the UK?
    At the moment, we do not ship to other countries. Only within the UK. However if you wish to make a large order then we may be able to provide a custom quote for you. Please contact us at with your requirements.
  • What is your Returns policy?
    I've received a damaged or faulty order If your order has been damaged in transit, or you have noticed a fault with your order, please let us know - you can email with photos, within 7 days of receipt of your order, to help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible. In some cases we may require a return of the item(s).
  • What do I do if my order is damaged or faulty?
    If, upon receiving your order, you’re not satisfied with the quality of the printing or the product was damaged, please email us at and we’ll help to resolve the issue. Please be sure to attach an image of the problem to your email so we can help out as quickly as possible.
  • How do I create an account?
    You can create an account by clicking on the 'Login' button in the top right hand corner of your screen. This will allow you to 'Create an Account' with your chosen email address, and enter a password. Once you've started shopping with us, your orders will be recorded in the Orders page of your account so you can keep track of them!
  • I can't log in to my account!
    If you are trying to sign in to your account but have forgotten your password, click on the link on the sign in page that reads 'forgotten your password?' and we'll send you an email to reset your password. If you are still having trouble logging in it might be because you signed up with a typing/spelling error in your email, or entered the wrong password – if the problems persist, please email
  • I want to add my own logo
