Returns & cancellations
If you’re not happy with your order please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. For non-personalised products, we accept returns within 28 days of receipt of the parcel, please email hello@brainybear.co.uk to start the return process.
To allow us to assist you, please email hellobrainybear@gmail.com with clear photographs if applicable, as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
